“First Aid”- Purchase -fit Package: € 300 (incl. VAT): Includes: Joint property viewing, identification of key questions and topics, short market and property assessment, discussion and advice on results with specific further action recommendations. approx. 3 hours.

“First Aid” Sales-fit Package: € 300 (incl. VAT): Includes: Joint property viewing, short discussion of weaknesses and key topics and setting objectives and recommend measures for successful sales implementation. Short market and property assesment. approx. 3 hours.

Travel: For “First Aid Packages,” travel within Vienna is included; in Lower Austria, travel up to a round trip distance of 50 km is included.

For services such as legal clarifications regarding property issues, research in planning archives, building authorities, municipalities, etc., or preparing valuation reports, individual flat rates can be agreed upon depending on the topic.

It is time- and cost-saving to send complete documents, such as plans, contracts, expert opinions, etc., in advance via email.
