My career path

I studied Business Administration at the University of Economics (WU) in Vienna.

As a certified real estate agent, developer, and property manager, I have gained extensive experience in buying and selling real estate over the past 30 years. This includes involvement in projects with private foundations as well as purely self-initiated projects.

The focus of my completed projects is primarily in Vienna and Lower Austria, with individual projects in Salzburg, Upper Austria and Munich.

My experience spans from small apartments to apartment buildings, from non-profit housing to commercial office properties.

I successfully advise private owners of apartments, single-family homes, and apartment buildings, including the owners of a religious order in Italy and a family with a castle in Upper Austria on various real estate issues.

I have also gained relevant experience with several development projects and “forward-purchase” project developments for end investors and buyers, along with the associated activities and organization as a general contractor.

In my work, I have facilitated numerous purchases and sales involving institutional investors, such as insurance companies and private foundations, managing a variety of project acquisitions.

As a representative of property owners, I successfully oversaw the rezoning and development of a property in Upper Austria for a large residential project, navigating the interests of owners, the municipality and the state to reach a successful conclusion.

Through ongoing education, including training in climate fitness and property valuation, I keep my knowledge up to date.

Personal:

I live in near Vienna, I am married and have three children.

I am passionately active in sports, love the freedom of sailing in the summer, and enjoy the snow in the mountains during winter.
